Meeting 25th August 2011 held at the study centre focused majorly on the forthcoming September examination.
Issues raised were: Examination venue,Time-Table,TMA's,Course Materials and many more.
In brief apprehension about the meeting.
We were made known that the examination venue is DOT ICT AKE.All examination shall commence by 8:00am to 8:00 and as the case may be we probably end by 9:00pm.We were advised to be an hour early before the commencement of examination.
To lighten the facility burden,we were told to bring our (LIVING, HEALTHY, CONFIGURABLE NOTEBOOK/LAPTOP) to the exam venue.Dr Mrs Kate Azekueme further advised that DEAD LAPTOPS/NOTEBOOK should not be brought else shall be rejected if found truly DEAD.
PLEASE NOTE: Coming with a laptop is optional.
The time-table i under considerable taught as the DRAFT is available at the centre as at this day (25th August 2011).We are advised to visit the centre consistently for latest/updated time-table.
We were told to prepare and accept all responsibility concerning our examination outcome.
Our exam slip was advised to be stamped for access into the examination hall.
Every support for the smooth running of the examination during the period was promised.We were asked to comply to all regulation.
These and many issue were resolved during the meeting,in exception of other issues we were told to visit the study centre to lodge complain to the ever ready management and staff.
Our honorable centre Overseer wished everyone good luck.
