The 2nd convocation

The National Open University of Nigeria is pleased to announce its 2nd Convocation Ceremony holding on Friday, 18th and Saturday, 19th January, 2013.

The lecture titled "Open Education and the March to 20:2020; Can Nigeria Make it?" by Professor Peter Akinsola Okebukola CFR was highly educating on Friday 18th January 2012, 10:00am.
