A TRIP TO THE LAND OF MY FATHER'S FATHERS

SHARE:

Nwokwu Stanley, a student of the NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA speaks about his trip to the land of his father's fathers.

The best way to predict the future is to create it. Did I just say that...yes, I did. Too many people, students especially always frown at nature's or life lessons. Majority of us see or understand life to be a mystery which in the right sense is not. There is nothing enigmatic about life apart from the spiritual challenges and battles from the devil.
Don't be weary of today's daunting situations you are faced with, rather, keep pushing forward to the next level and don't lose your staying power in your quest for greatness. Nothing good comes so easy and be aware that every notable achievement met with series of failures and challenges before attaining success.
To create is to design, to invest and to form that which is rooted in the subconscious mind. It could also mean "to put something into existence" just like the Bible made us to understand that God created the universe in six day. What a great designer we have in our creator. He created us in his image and likeness. We are like God. we can also design and create things like him... What a revelation😳.
Never you say "I quit". If you do, you are not in line with the creator. You can design your future and have dominion over the earth just as God promised us in the Holy Bible. Remember, God said "let us make man...". He didn't stopped at just saying it, he believed and push himself to action which was the act of creating man. That illustration is to authenticate how unlimited we are as humans, since we are like him. Our accomplishments are limitless. if only we can conceive it in our hearts, we can achieve it. "For every faith will work if it is rooted in the heart".

What most people don’t understand is that passion is the result of action, not the cause of it. We all saw the result of God's action. There are so many people leveraging on the model God revealed to us through his words and deeds. We all might have heard of Martin Luther king junior, an exponent of the emancipation of the negroes in American. He predicted the future by creating it with his actions. He know how impossible the task was, so, he carefully designed a system which was called "the nonviolent approach". He had a dream. Do you also have a dream?
Yes, we all have dreams and purpose for our existence and the only way to go about it is to create or design it. Never rely on mere wishing for a bright future when you can work it out from the subconscious to reality.
There is a big difference between mere wishing for something and actually believing and acting towards getting it. A lack of understanding of this difference has meant failure to millions of people, especially the students of our time.
This article is meant to strengthen those that are weary already and to remind all the students out there with big and impossible dreams that "the impossible is possible". Growth comes through pain and struggle.
Rise early and you will shine early. The doers are the believers in all works of life. Trust me, the future only belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

Here are 13 steps to take in creating your future:

* Believe in yourself
* Keep pushing forward
* Understand the difference between temporary defeat and permanent failure
* Be determined, bold and reject inhibitions imposed by old tradition
* Use time creatively
* Understand the principles of life
* Set goals and create a detailed plan of action
* Let your packaging be visionary
* Study to be accomplished, not just for good grades
* Don't give up
* Be decisive
* Improve your emotional intelligence
* Give attention to reading

Good luck!!!
See you at the top
